This place is awful. Absolutely filthy. Every single thing about it was old dingy gross and poorly functional. Burned out lightbulbs flickering lights. Shower head that put more water at your feet than out the shower head. It’s disgraceful that a major hotel chain would own this property and want to be associated with it. Skip this one and stay somewhere else.

Luckily, the manager was there when we checked in. The front desk employee tried to give us a second floor room… with no elevator, despite seeing mobility was an issue as we came in.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Great check in. Sadly, only 1 caffinated coffee pod, yes there is coffee in the lobby, but its a bit much in your pajamas at 6 am. Also only3 bath towels for 4 people.

This property was ok. It was clean and well kept, but slightly outdated. It could yse some upgrades but everything was in working condition. The staff was nice but they need someone to monitor the breakfast area. The trash was overflowing, the counters were dirty, lots of things were empty, etc.

We've stayed in the past and had rooms on the 1st floor by the dining area which were nice and clean. We have stayed twice since and the front desk staff refuses to check us in to those same rooms, the rooms we do get are dingy and dirty. We even paid for the "deluxe rooms" which is an additional $15 fee hoping to be checked in to the nicer clean rooms, that did not happen.

The person at the lobby had a attitude. She told me I was giving a smoking room. I have asthma and I can’t be in a smoking room. She told me that she couldn’t change it and I will have pay for it anyway. She was nicer to her dog than the me. She knew I was upset, she said nothing to me for 4 minutes. But gave me a no smoking room anyway. She was not very nice at all. The curtains cannot been drawn all the way. I need to have a dark room to sleep.

Room was dirty and not in good repair. Computers were not working at check out and took several calls throughout the day to get a receipt. They finally said to get it from my booking agent. I was on funded travel, so it was a big deal. The continental breakfast was a joke. Microwave eggs and cold cereal. The staff however was very nice.
