Awful. Especially if you have children.

The check in process was quick. Pulling in is awkward as the space is limited by renovation supplies stacked in the overhang. And to park you have to pull out on a busy road to loop back to get into the parking lot. The closer spots have dumpsters in the or very limited plowed spots. The hotel is in middle of renovations and not very clean. There was no notice of that. We had a very hostile and uncomfortable in with the woman at the front desk and another staff member stood between myself and my toddler to chastise me because she didn’t have on shoes. Multiple witnesses to this. I returned to our room to quickly pack and we promptly left the premises. I will never return there.

A very nice location: just a short drive to downtown St. Joseph and the 94. Very quiet and seems like a family-oriented hotel. The hotel is dated, but looks like renovations are taking place. The pool area is highly chlorinated, good for keeping germs away but bad for the eyes and lungs. Overall, 8 out of 10.

Needs Work but overall good stay.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is undergoing renovation but it seems they could have it a little tidier than it was--seemed to be a bit dirty. It snowed while we were there but the sidewalks were not cleared off, making it potentially dangerous to walk. The bed is very comfortable.

Great Location; Needs Updating

This hotel has a wonderful location but it lacked in cleanliness. We realize that the hotel was under renovation; however, there was dirt and materials all over the floor. We believe the staff could have tidied up for the weekend guests. It was very disappointing. Also, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small; the shower leaked because the shower curtain was too short for the stall--could be an easy fix. Breakfast was very good; the staff person was responsive and kind. The experience was a mixed bag.

It’s a little out dated, that doesn’t bother me……but having your dog sit on ur lap in the tiny area they have designated to eat, tables are almost on top of each other……well to me you should have left in up in the room. No one wants to see it lick itself or all the noises it makes
