We love staying here because it’s close to everything we like to do. Love the new look. The bathroom rooms are a bit small and awkward, the shower pan could have used a good cleaning. The breakfast room needs more than one microwave if you are offering microwave sandwiches.

This hotel was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the pictures. Unless you look for the small print, you will not know that the pool and bar/restaurant is closed. Thankfully there was lots of places to eat in walking distance. This hotel was not worth the money, especially with other nicer options in the area. Staff was not helpful at all.

This place looks like it was really nice 30 years ago. But the pictures online are not reality, all the carpets are stained, the walls have chipped paint, they clearly don’t clean the rooms between guests properly, at least the sheets were cleaned but that’s it. My girlfriend and I left in the middle of the night and drove 3 hours home when we saw all of the bugs. Don’t stay here

Electronics in our room were below average, had to unplug various items in order to turn on the bedside lamps. Bathroom lighted mirror was not wired to be usable (wires were disconnected). Breakfast was sub par for $250/night. Flies and gnats on all open bread, breakfast area was not air conditioned.

Hotel did have not have first good impression. No A/C in Lobby, breakfast atea and hallway on each floor. It was 89 degrees outside. Outside of building is crumbling. Not planning on returning.

Good for a one night stay

We left early … the hotel is in shambles. The best thing about it was no bugs, cold ac, and good location. When we walked in the room smelled like curry and there was mystery splatter on the entry way wall. The family suite had a kitchenette with plates, cups and cooking utensils but no cooktop or dishwashing soap. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. The pool is out of order and doesn’t look like it will be ready anytime soon. The paint was peeling in the shower and there was mold. Carpet and couch were filthy. Overall felt dirty being in that room and decided to leave the evening before checkout. Oh and there was no toilet roll holder… just a bunch of little things that add Up and you wouldn’t expect to have to deal With while on vacation.

This is a very simple but elegant hotel. Very quiet despite how many guests are staying here. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We definitely stay here again.!!

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to Silver Beach and the pleasant pictures listed online. The general cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were atrocious. The overall condition of our hotel room was equally as poor. The carpeting throughout the hotel and in our hotel room was completely filthy, with horrid stains in the bedrooms. The restrooms were poorly cleaned: we found hair and dirt in the showers, the shower doors were dirty, one of the bathroom doors was coming off of the hinges and was difficult to close. While showering one of the heavy glass shower doors came completely off of the track and fell onto me. We also found ants in and around one of the beds. Also, my allergies were on full blast due to the buildup of dust over the headboard where we slept. In addition, my children were very disappointed to find that the pool was closed in disrepair and being used for storage. Needless to say we did not eat the continental breakfast. I rate this hotel a one out of five. The only reason I give it a one is because the staff were very apologetic and assured reimbursement through my hotel booking site.
