The staff was very informative and nice but the room was completely oppisite. Our door looked like it was kicked in the porch door had big gaps and holes throughout. The porch tiles were loose and was tripping over them. The shower curtain had stains on it as well as the floors i have pictures to prove all findings

Room/Bathroom was specious but was very dim lit. There is only one window and even during the day with all the lights on, it was very dark. The breakfast was one of the worst ones we ever had. There were some fruits and bread. The coffee was also not hot.

Heater/air conditioner was extremely loud. Had to unplug due to the noise. Stayed for two nights and the coffee/tea was never restocked while there. I know that is petty but its a big deal when your far from home.

This place feels like a dated resort hotel. The room is not well lighted and it was difficult to pack without proper lighting. The breakfast room is really strange- tables and chairs were randomly scattered and very hard to walk around them. Hot tub was nice and sound proof was decent.

The Heater/Air conditioner in our room needs to be replaced. The amount of towels wasn’t enough. There are faux wood blinds on the window and no drapes to close for complete privacy.

The staff was amazing. Beautiful rooms but the only issue that i had was the "breakfast" was not breakfast quality for a place like this, especially with the amount of money that is being spent. I stay at plenty of hotels throughout the year and this one by far disappointed the most with the breakfast. I have stayed at hotel of lesser star level and lesser price that have had better breakfast option than that of the "cold breakfast." Also get some refrigerators in the room, other than that my stay was great.
