"Although the property is next to a highway, it was quiet. The rooms were well set up with everything needed. It was convenient to downtown Flagstaff and the Lowell Observatory. "

"Front desk clerk nice and professional. The room we were checked into TV and phone did not work, second room no batteries in remotes. Called front desk, the clerk said maintenance would fix the issue, so we left room and gave our permission to enter room. We returned to the room a few hours later, still no batteries in remoteness, so I called front desk to confirm the maintenance person did check but was informed that the maintenance person said we had a pet in room, out right lie! When the maintenance guy showed up to our room he was intoxicated and had a fit and said he would help us! So unprofessional! It’s was too late to find another place to stay, after 10 pm!"
