We needed a rollaway bed for our youngest. It was filthy, stained and ripped with springs poking through. One of the beds had dirt and crumbs in it. Looked like it wasn't re-made after the last guest. Ants in the bathroom.

Our room was leaking from all the rain. Had to change rooms. Then the pool was closed without any notice ahead of tine. Ice machines were broken. And people kept slipping at the entrance with all the rain and lack of care.

The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was ok but not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had all the necessities and the coffee was great. Pool was really nice and the hotel was really convenient to Splash Lagoon. We’d stay again.
