Enjoyed our stay here last year so we returned for a 2nd time. The accessible room was spacious and clean. downsides this visit: As a shorter disabled person, the height of the beds made it difficult to get up on them alsond there only was a low ottoman and a rolling desk chair to sit on

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They moved me to a bigger room at no charge. My only complaint was that the bathroom was not as clean as it could be. Everything else was fine and the bed was very comfortable.

First room we were given was not ready. 2 vacuum cleaners in the room and the AC/Heat wall unit was disassembled with pieces all over the floor. We tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. We walked back to the front desk with suitcases and explained the situation. We were given a new room.
