Room was dirty. Tub had hair all through it. Chairs were extremely stained. Bathroom just looked bad over all like it had not been cleaned well. Room was not as clean as it should be for the price of the room.

Overall Complete Satisfaction

Friendly, courteous staff. The hotel was neat and clean and very well organized. Room was also very neat and clean. The only minor issue we had was the toilet paper & tissue box was not stocked. And we did not get room service on the second day we stayed. Possibly could have been because we forgot to take the do not disturb sign off the first day? However it was taken off the second day. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I will never stay at this hotel again. My room was filthy... my heater, 2 of the lamps and the coffee pot didnt work. The pool and spa were closed and when i complained to the front desk about the outrageous amount of noise comming from the room above me late at night, the desk clerk told me there was nothing they could do and all i could do was leave. So disappointed and disgusted.

I had expected this property to still be in better shape as it isn’t that old. The bathroom was dirty with a yellowing of an old shower curtain at the bottom. The mattress was stained and torn in many places. I only know this because the fitted sheet was not big enough for the bed so it kept pulling off. I wouldn’t sit on the couch even if it was the only place to sit in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The Bayfront Parkway is right outside the window. I expected to hear cars and such but not like I was sitting right on the Parkway. No sound barrier whatsoever!

The hotel was very clean, but the bathroom was looking a little dated/stained. Not a big deal for us, but it was noticed. The walls are a little thin, so we could hear those around us for a little bit before everyone quieted down for the night. Breakfast was decent. Hot options, as well as the usual cereal and pastry options.

Some breakfast items were gross, while it's a non-smoking hotel, you can smell marijuana in the air. Toilet seat was loose.
