Treated horribly by the manager on duty. Very passive aggressive with overall bad customer service skills. I will never associate myself with any Cobblestone Hotel Chain nor my family/friends for as long as I travel. Disappointed is the operative word. Shame on you lady working the property.

First review ever of a hotel and for good reason.

We booked a room at this hotel and the first room we were given was propped open and had dirty towels on the floor. We get a second room and it had dog food on the floor and puke in the bathroom. Front counter staff said he would issue a refund AND that he has had to move multiple people that day because of dirty rooms. Spoke with the manager the next day and showed him the room we stayed in and he said he would issue a refund. Three days later we get a refund of $20. When I called the hotel back the manager said that he told me it would be $20. This was a lie. This is how they get you. They do not tell you what they are giving you so you do not argue with them in person, then they lie to you on the phone. When the hotel was not going to refund anything else, I said I would put it in a review then. The manager then said "you should do that." They do not even care about these reviews. I just hope someone reads this and it acts as a warning. Shame on me for not going down the reviews further with this hotel! Just read them! And the hotel will respond as if you have never stayed with them.

Interesting stay but clean

Other than the couple next to us screaming, fighting, slamming doors for hours! The cops eventually being called and showing up. Keeping us up until after 2am when we needed to get up at the crack of dawn. Yes we reported it to the front desk when it was happening. The stay was good I guess. a good clean room, comfy bed and nice jacuzzi tub. Just wish the drama didn’t go on as long as it did.
