very clean heater so loud tub slow drains curtains should close to block out light from pool area outside hall rug doesnt lay flat so have to pull suitcase as it cant go along next to you could hear in next room across the hall from bathroom

I just had the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning by some dirtbags staying here, then when I call the front desk some dirtbag kid working here named "Jason" (supposedly that's his name) HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. I then go to check out at 3:00 A.M. because I can't sleep due to the loud dirtbags next to my room. This kid REFUSES TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT and tells me to GET OUT, with an attitude as if he was the president of the United States. Completely UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. You should be embarrassed

The bathroom had hair in the tub and hair on the toilet. They ran out of coffee and the nightshift said we had to wait until breakfast. Usually the nightshift will make coffee for their guest. I was surprised when he said no

The bed was too hard. There was no shuttle bus from the airport to the Inn. Didn't get any sleep! Waste of money! And, there was a cockroach by the caulking of the outside of the tub on the floor!

We were thinking of staying at the Bayfront but decided to stay here ten minutes away for less than half the price and I'm so glad we did. We pulled up on motorcycles in the rain and the person at the front desk offered us to park them under the roof right outside the entrance to keep them dry overnight which was super appreciated. Very clean room and comfortable bed, I really liked the stay even though it was just one night.
