I really liked my suite at the Red Roof & Suites Plus, but when I went to check-in at 6pm, they told me my room wasn't ready due to lack of house-cleaning staff. I had dinner reservations at 8pm so that was unacceptable to me. The agent went & physically checked the room & found it was indeed ready. Had I not mentioned my dinner reservations, I'm not sure that they would have gone to check the room and we would have been waiting unnecessarily. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We called prior to arrival and were told that there was enough parking to park a boat trailer there but when we arrived there were only single spaces and upon talking to the front desk, no parking for even the smallest trailer.
