"I understand the property is vintage and dated, but I really think it should be either fully renovated or torn down. The location is great for a beach lover although at the time of our rental there were huge pipes covering the beach frontage. Many of the windows are missing screens and several sliders would not open. The electrical system seemed dangerous as there are all sorts of extension cords leading from plugs all over master bedroom to main part of house. One bathroom and master had intermittent power and several lights would blink even if off. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but only stayed 1. The property manager was very responsive and secured another home for us and did provide some compensation. However, the new home was not on the beach which took away from our experience. Bottom line, this property is not worth the expense and very, very dumpy."

"The owner double booked the property and didn’t tell us. We learned this only thru VRBO but the owner would not respond d to our repeated contact and we learned this 7-hours into our 9-hour drive to what we thought was a relaxing spring break. While VRBO did a great job of locating a one room hotel stay for our family of four; we ended up spending thousands of dollars to stay there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MENTAL HEALTH AND STRESS - rent elsewhere"

"Place was great. Quiet unit up on the 3rd floor. Balcony felt like you were up in the tree tops. Pool was beautiful as was the beach. Unit was well equipped. Our only complaint was the mattress in the second bedroom but the owner indicated that was getting replaced soon. Otherwise would have given a 5 star rating."

"This rental exceeded all expectations. It was extremely clean and exceptionally stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes. The pool was perfect for 5 pre-teen granddaughters and location to both the beach and Coligny were extremely convenient."
