Welcome to this newly renovated vacation rental in Hilton Head Island, SC! The beautiful property underwent renovations in April 2022, ensuring a fresh and modern atmosphere for your stay. Located just a stone's throw away from the beach (less than 100 strides), you'll have easy access to the pristine shores and stunning ocean views.

Situated in a peaceful part of the island, this rental offers a serene getaway while still being conveniently close to Coligny Plaza. This popular shopping and dining destination is only 0.9 miles away, providing a variety of options to explore during your stay.

The accommodations in the rental are designed to provide comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, accommodating 2 guests. Guest Bedroom 1 also offers a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, perfect for another 2 guests. In Guest Bedroom 2, there are 2 bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. My family has been visiting HHI for 10 years and our stay here was the best experience we have had so far. Abraham was very responsive and detail oriented which I really appreciated. I am very picky about cleanliness and usually bring my own linens and cleaning supplies. When we arrived the house was immaculately clean and smelled nice. The house was fully stocked with anything you would need from the kitchen, books and movies, laundry needs, and linens. It rained the majority of the time we were there so we were happy to have a place the felt like home. We definitely hope to stay here again!

It was the perfect place for our family which included a 3, 4 and 5 year old. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The pool was wonderful as was the short walk to the beach. The location is about a mile from Coligny which was perfect. Abraham was a wonderful host, very responsive. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was beach equipment and sand toys which was a plus. One of the best places on the island that I have stayed in!

Family vaction

A wonderful place ,so close to the beach, the beach is family friendly. House roomy and large. A 20 min walk up to Piggly wiggly the local grocery store and all the shops, all flat land easy walk. Does have a shuttle. The only one bad thing I could find about Hilton Head is there aren't seashells, my husband loves to look for seashells but I love to walk and run on the beach and there were no shells killing my feet , so I guess you decide on that draw back. Would certainly go again , the pool was large enough for 4 adults 3 kids. Has a deeper end and a shallow end. Nice screen room to seat out and play cards ,which we did a lot.Loved everything about the trip. Good mattress, used his games and loved the book collection. I would highly recommend this place

A Week of Paradise

We went to celebrate my husband's big 60th birthday with my daugher and her husband and my mother n law. The house was beautiful and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was awesome! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and a 5 minute walk to the beach was great! A 20 minute walk to a bunch of gifts shops, ice cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We also had floats for the pool and chairs for the beach. Had a wonderful week there! Thanks so Much :)

Awesome location, clean house

Stayed here with family for a week with little ones and it was perfect. The location was great, so close to the beach. It’s very convenient being on the same side of the street as the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. Short bike ride to cologny. Pool was nice, only thing missing was some kind of layout chairs. Other than that it was perfect!

Great House very close to the beach

This house has an excellent layout. We had 3 adult couples, and each had their own bedroom and bath. There was also a separate bedroom for our three grandkids. The kitchen and family room are spacious, plus there is a nice, screened porch and a covered outdoor sitting area The pool is also nice and was used every day. The beach is less than a block from the house, and Lowcountry Celebration Park and the splash pad is about a mile bike ride. Grocery stores are only a few miles away, so the location is excellent! We definitely will book this house when we return to Hilton Head.

Location is fantastic, just a small walk to get to the beach, or a mile bike ride to get into the main town area with tons of shops and restaurants available. House was great and the owner Abraham was quick to respond to an issue with the trash not getting picked up. Couldn't ask for a better vacation with friends and family!
