Hyatt Regency Dallas
"The stay was great, beautiful hotel, great valet (50 per night), room was really nice and comfortable. Overall really nice, except no where in any email or confirmation did it mention the 21+ check-in policy. So when we arrived (both under 21) we had to then wait an extra two hours for a relative ..."

"The water park is amazing! The room was nice and clean. I wish the staff had told us we needed closed toed shoes for the extra activities of the upgrade before we paid for it. They did not have extra pillows. We were overcharged for the buffet breakfast, they eventually did fix it."

"Breakfast was not what was displayed online. There was mold every where. I was instantly sick because I am allergic to mold. Dust was every where. And it smelled really bad."

Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West
"Really enjoyed my say. Although there was construction going on, I never had any problems during my stay with any noise or disruption. The check-in was easy, and the worker was very kind in making sure my needs were met and that I was welcomed. The place was super cute and trendy. From the outside, you can tell it was a former hotel that may not have been the nicest, but the upgrades look really nice, clean, and modern. The only small complaint I could have is the AC. It's one that's connected to the window kinda. With those kinds of AC units, if it's not at a low temp setting, the room can almost feel a little humid, which, again, I know is normal for these specific units. These units can also blow at higher rates depending on the temp, which was blowing in my face. Not that big of a deal for me as I like it cold at night, but obvi would prefer a normal AC unit. I'm sure that's an insane cost to upgrade an entire hotel to. Besides that, I will def be staying here again on my next visit, as I loved the vibe. I don't know if they're running a deal due to construction, but for the price is a huge steal!!!"
