The Air Conditioning unit was broken and the room was registering at 74*. Front desk staff said you could move to another room. We were there for a wedding and had a ceremony and cocktail hour when they asked us to move. It made the stay less desirable.

Spray Beach Oceanfront Hotel
We had a pet so we were in the building across the way. The beach was only a short walk away. We were too early in the season to rate the bar and restaurant as they were not open yet. Staff were super helpful! Very nice place to stay - good location as well!
