"The front desk staff was very friendly upon check in. However, it did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in the room - drip marks on the desk (from coffee?), stickers stuck to the leg of the coffee table, streaked mirrors, caked on food in the microwave, and make up on the pillowcases. I would have thought that due to COVID, there would be higher cleaning standards. I ended up cleaning and sanitizing the room myself and requesting new pillowcases as it was much less hassle. The furniture wasn’t nearly as nice as I expected. The room was quiet and comfortable. "
