Location was fantastic. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, 2 king size beds was nice. Pool was gorgeous and comfortable. Grill was available to use. Room itself could use some repairs but it was functional and a place to lay your head and get showered. The AC and the refrigerator and microwave worked well also. Overall a good place to stay if on a budget.

The hotel staff is excellent. The AC in the room was excellent with hot water available all the time. Room lacked drinking cups and does not have a coffee machine. GREAT location. Only negative is that there is not enough parking at its site for all their guests.

I've been coming to the jersey shore for fifty nine years. The air conditioner worked, the t v worked. The water flow in the shower was good too. But let's be honest, we're not looking for a lavish apartment or hotel room. We were there for the boardwalk and the ocean and beach and it did not disappoint.

Room was okay, very small and seemed clean. There was only one partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Bathroom was a little dirty. Parking was first come first serve and spots were very small.

The location is great, the manager Vinny his amazing guy he does a wonderful job and Juan the handyman his great as well anything you will need he will get for you but like I say in the beginning they have to change the Cleaning Staff plus it needs to upgrade those rooms Thank Vinny the manager and Juan the handyman keep the good work guys.
