The customer service is beyond horrible they have attitudes beyond imagination and how they nosy and unclean they need to have superior customer service .. when ur facilities are to the point a customer has to clean before they touch says ur customer service skills needs to be a+ rude beyond measure

We seem roaches as soon as we walked in. We only had 3 hours to sleep before being at the airport so we just slept on top of the bed covers and left ASAP . It was horrible

Booked a week, put in a queen when booked a king. Main light was blown and tv did not work. Fixed light but not tv. Took 2 days before they moved us. Moved into a king. Went to tale shower and found 2 live cockroaches in shower...none anywhere else. Neber again gping to a rodeway inn!

The AC didn’t work. The room smelled of Indian food and weed at the same time. I initially booked for another week but then canceled the booking to relocate to a more expensive place. It wasn't that noisy though as I expected it would be.

The bathroom ceiling had black mold, papery stuff was hanging from the light, and parts of the ceiling were peeling and cracked open. The shower was DISGUSTING. There were random stains on the wall next to the bed. Obvious grossness that had not been cleaned. I wasn't going to pay for an overpriced hotel, but I was very misled by other reviews thinking this was "middle of the road". It did NOT feel safe after dark. NEVER AGAIN.

Everything was dirty, dirt on the floors, dust strands hanging from the ceiling. Hair on all the linnens and countertops, toilet hadnt been cleaned, parts of the ceiling had actually fallen down, there was mold in the shower tiles. Our door room didnt lock.
