Great trip to Nashville for the long weekend

This house was excellent for our group’s needs. The location, amount of space, and available amenities made this rental a worthwhile destination. One critique is that our group could have used more provided cleaning supplies - perhaps a broom - in order to keep the space clean during our stay. Overall, the condo was as advertised and a great option for this price range.

Cleanliness of unit

No complaints about the responsiveness of the host. They were excellent and answered all questions asked. However our unit was not well stocked or cleaned properly. Upon arrival while cooking thanksgiving dinner we walked around in white socks which immediately became filthy on the bottom which was the first indication the u ti has not been cleaned sufficiently. The second being the dirty bathroom shower before anyone used it. The third being the refrigerator had not been wiped out prior to coming, etc. ti be charged a 250.00 cleaning fee and the unit not being cleaned properly prior to our arrival is unacceptable.

Liked the place, just needs a couple of improvements. The couches were dirty, and in need of more side tables in the bedrooms. Other than that its a very nice place just a lot of stairs.
