This is a fantastic stay for anyone visiting Nashville. It is a 30min walk from broadway, but 10-15min from many restaurants and coffee spots. Parking is included and it has a pool. All in all work recommend to anyone!

This wonderful stay was only an uber ride away to & from downtown. Loved having a day at the pool! It was very relaxing, not noisy from the downtown busyness. The place itself was very clean, a rustic zen-like oasis. Check-in was easy, and the enclosed gated no-pay parking was a plus! Our host Cindy was very responsive if we had questions or needed information! Would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you very much Cindy!

This was a wonderful day. A beautiful place, such a beautiful view. We had everything we needed, and then some this made our visit to Nashville perfect. I will definitely want to stay here again when I go visit again. The location is perfect as well.

Condo was extremely clean. Although we did not cook dinners, the kitchen was well stocked. The building itself was very quiet; pool was an added bonus. Liked the location, close to the Gulch. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minute ride. Would highly recommend.

VERY clean and in an excellent location. Layout was nice and no blinding light coming in the bedroom was also great! The bed was one of the more comfortable beds I have had and I travel frequently. Kitchen was well stocked and they did not go cheap on paper towels, toilet paper etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 9 nights… this was the perfect home away from home. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, location was perfect… we did tons of walking! The weather was nice and hot, so we even got a few days by the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are coming to Nashville for a country music experience book this apt. It was the perfect jumping off location, clean had all the amenities listed. The pull out couch and ottoman were comfortable for my sister and myself to sleep on. We visited The Gulch, Broadway, 12 South and midtown all within minutes of this location. We will book again if we return.

Condo is very nice. Clean place, very secure, spacious, and a convenient location. Only issue i had is the mattress on the pull out couch isn't that thick. Ya feel that frame underneath pretty easily. Other than that, great place to rent out.

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Loved the location, walking distance to the Gulch. Would definitely recommend! Around the corner was The Wings mural, Five Daughters bakery and Biscuit Love. Great hosts!

Cindy’s property was as stunning in person as the pictures looked online. Loved the gated garage, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy drive to so many different areas. If the weather had been warmer, we could have walked easily to the Gulch. The main bed was so comfortable, and my teens said the sofa bed and sleeper ottoman were super comfy, too. Overall a terrific stay!
