    This was a great location and a nice, clean unit with a beautiful view. My only complaint is that you can hear people walking in the unit above us, and one night they got in at 3 am and woke us up.

    The property is an amazing location. It's near everything but a beautiful sanctuary after a long day. The parking was amazing and easy in and out. The lights on the river at night. It was decorating lovely. The whole place was a perfect getaway space with everything you need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with LOTS of pillows and nice bedding. Overall just a cozy cozy place. The fireplace was also lovely. I would absolutely stay there again with our any reservations. I can't think of one negative.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was set up nicely and pretty much had everything we needed. A few of the appliances were a little older (such as the Keurig, which leaked) but otherwise everything seemed to be in working order and we still made coffee (they provided cups too!) There’s plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, and even many toiletries were provided/available. You can walk to the farmers market, which also allows you to hop on the trolley. The view of the river was also a nice break from the craziness of Broadway St so we found ourselves sitting out there some evenings to decompress. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great layout/floorplan to this unit! Being on the river also gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relaxing walk to Broadway area along the river. Note that the laundry facilities are in a different building, so it is a walk to the laundry. If planning on doing laundry make sure it’s easy to transport your laundry back and forth and up a flight of stairs. Host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were a breeze. Nicely decorated.
    Bedrooms connected by the main bathroom. There is another full bath as well. Nice walk-ins in both rooms.

    We had a great couples getaway weekend and stayed at this location. It worked great for the 4 of us and we enjoyed relaxing here each evening and leaving the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The location gave us the app to walk to Broadway easily for a 1 mile walk or we sometimes chose to lyft there for around 6 in the early evening and around 17 for busy evening time on the weekend. The beds were very soft and comfortable and everything was clean. We did here the people above us walking around as it must be very thin floors, but that's just part of a condo and you'd here that at a hotel, too. We we would definitely stay here again! Rebecca was great to answer all of my questions and even gave us local suggestions for the area.

    Our group of four on a girls’ trip had a great stay at this property. The location was great to be able to walk to the Germantown area,Farmer’s Market and Broadway area easily. We enjoyed staying in the quiet of the river area versus near all the action. Communication was excellent with our host. The only issue we had was being able to hear footsteps from the apartment above us. While annoying late at night it would not deter me from staying again because all other aspect were great!

    FANTASTIC place to stay for a fun time in Nashville!!!! Perfect location, on quiet riverfront, has pool, everything you could want - and quick short mile to all the downtown Broadway fun!     We had a great time on our first official stay in Nashville at the Riverfront Condominiums. Check in was very easy and the condo was just as described. The scenic view allowed us to have memorable photos of our stay. There is a family of otters who visited below our balcony which was a welcome site to the background of the riverfront. We will definitely book again in the near future. Our host was attentive. Thanks Rebecca.

    Great location

    We loved it! It was a great location, walking distance (about 20 minute or less) walk to broadway. Air conditioning worked amazing and kept up with the hot Nashville summer and the icemaker in the fridge was a lifesaver. Pool was close to the condo and very enjoyable. Rebecca was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay.

    Not for family when weekends arrive

    The property looked to be private and in a close location to broadway. However, if you arent on the 3rd floor you will hear everything. Unfortunately, I cant come back here. The whole experience was a nightmare. Please note this isnt the owners fault as she was great communicating and tried her best to help us through the trip... Day 1 the upstairs neighbor flooded our bathroom, day 2 water was off most the day, day 3 power was out most the day, day 4 and 5 we had nobody above us and life was great. Day 6,7,8 we were fighting with the tenants above as they come in after 3am acting like aholes breaking the house. We wish the next people the best of luck. I recommend this place if you plan on drinking and partying.... this is not a good family place if you are looking for rest. Broadway is a 15min walk so be ready to deal with the rowdy crowd they will rent to.

    Would most likely stay again

    The place was comfortable, beds are comfy ,could use a little TLC, would suggest that the patio be cleaned off before Guest arrive. The location is decent and you can walk downtown or take a short uber ride. Nice covered parking also. Would stay again.

    Great Week for Enjoying Nashville and Pearl Jam concerts

    Thank you so much. Everything was perfect. Loved the view of the river and the friendly groundhogs down below from the balcony who greeted us every day lol. Perfect location for a walk or quick Uber to downtown and all within the condo was perfect for all of our needs for a relaxing stay.
