"The location is a prime area in Roma Norte and mainly walking distance to many shops, eateries and bars I love to go to within a 20 min radius of walking. I liked how there was security all night so late check in okay or if needed there is luggage storage. And communication is actually easy over the phone. The bathroom is a bit small or it’s just the layout where the door hits where the toilet is placed. There is mold on the silicone but clean. Not sure about replacing towels since it was a 2 night stay. The dining area is good sized and came with a good size fridge and typical dining wear. Didn’t use anything besides the cups and spoons. It is great as a short term rental and definitely worth it when a lot of hotels were sold out or over priced during Dia de Muertos. There is a restroom to use after check out also! Plus laundry and gym."

"The area around the property looked a little off putting but the property itself was quite nice. It's proximity to the airport is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that was missing was a reasonably stocked snack shop. There was a Starbucks type coffee shop and a very nice restaurant but the coffee shop had hardly anything in it other than coffee and other like drinks. It was a perfect place for me to stay for the night."
