4BR on Ocean Blvd: Private Elevator, 2-Car Garage & Easy Beach Access

Welcome to Sea Change—your spacious Ocean Boulevard home base for a Myrtle Beach getaway.

This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach home sleeps up to eight guests and offers a combination that can be difficult to find near the ocean: four true bedrooms, an attached two-car garage, and a private elevator connecting all four levels.

Located directly on North Ocean Boulevard, Sea Change puts you close to the beach while giving your group the space and privacy of a full home. Spend the morning by the ocean, return for lunch in the full kitchen, and relax together in the comfortable living space without feeling crowded into a hotel room or resort condo.

The home is especially well suited for families, multi-generational groups, and travelers who appreciate convenient parking, in-unit laundry, flexible sleeping arrangements, and easy access between floors.

Why Guests Choose Sea Change
• Located directly on North Ocean Boulevard.
• Four bedrooms / five beds / sleeps up to eight guests.
• Private interior elevator connecting all four levels.
• Attached two-car garage with dedicated parking.
• King bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with two twin beds.
• Full kitchen and dining area.
• Washer and dryer inside the home.
• Short walk to beach access.
• Quieter northern Myrtle Beach location with restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby.
• Convenient drive to Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk, golf, shows, and other Myrtle Beach attractions

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Private Elevator
Sea Change has four levels, but you will not have to carry luggage and groceries up multiple flights of stairs. A private interior elevator connects all four floors, making arrival, departure, and daily movement throughout the home much more convenient. This is especially helpful for multi-generational families and guests traveling with luggage, groceries, or beach gear.

Parking
Enjoy the convenience of an attached two-car garage—a valuable benefit along Ocean Boulevard where parking can be limited during busy periods. Guests should follow all posted parking instructions and keep vehicles within the designated garage and parking areas.

Location
Sea Change sits directly on North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, placing you close to the ocean while offering the comfort and privacy of a full home. Beach access is just a short walk away, and the surrounding area includes restaurants, groceries, shopping, and entertainment.

The home is also convenient to Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, golf courses, live shows, and many of the Grand Strand’s best-known attractions. It is a strong fit for guests who want to enjoy the beach and Myrtle Beach attractions without staying in a crowded high-rise resort.

The property was very nice and the elevator was a success for my elderly mother and very close to the beach . But the house can be updated and needs a really good cleaning throughout the house like when you step into a house you should smell the cleanness after being cleaned. There were things left behind by other stay that should have been thrown in the trash. I hope this will be good for other people to stay here. All it needed is a good cleaning.

Great Vacation Stay!

Chris was prompt with responding and was very supportive to one cleanliness issue that I had pointed out during our stay. Overall, the entire home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities. The home is only one block from the public parking for beach access. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Sea Change Stay

Sea Change was awesome. The attached two car garage was a bonus as well as the elevator! Parking in the area is tight, so the two car garage worked out great. Very spacious and clean. We had six people in our party and had plenty of room. The location was also ideal, close to super markets, places to eat, and things to do. The beach was a short walk across the street. Would stay again.

Great stay

A great stay for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of hangers in each closet. Large TV’s in living room and bedrooms. Gorgeous home. Close to Starbucks, grocery stores, convention center and Top Golf. House was overall very clean…a very few spider webs were found on light fixtures but you can find that in any house!

Great family vacation location!

Had a great time at Chris’ property. Check in was easy and having a garage with opener and elevator was very convenient, especially with children! Host is very responsive. You need to bring/buy essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for each bathroom, dish detergent, throw blankets for the living room. There is a wal mart and dollar tree close by. We flew down so I just utilized the dollar tree for cleaning supplies and Walmart for a beach umbrella and throw blanket. The welcome guide has great recommendations for all meals. One block walk to the beach. Would stay again!”

The house was beautiful, but was not very clean. I think that unfortunately their cleaners just don't do the job they're paid to do. I did reach out to the owner's regarding an issue and they were quick to take care of it. I greatly appreciated that! The area is perfect. We were right across the street from the beach and the main road is at the other end. There's so much to do near by. We had so much fun and definitely were not ready to come home! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Birthday trip

This property has a great location, a short walk across the street to the beach. And its away from the hustle and bustle down closer to the boardwalk. I would give this property 5 stars except the bathrooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The toilets and sinks had not been cleaned well and the master bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the sheets on the master bed were knotty!! If we stayed here again, we would bring our own sheets and come prepared to clean when we arrive smh.

The Higgins Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach July 20-23, 2023

First, I want to thank the host, Chris, for his assistance prior to and while staying in his Condo during our first Vacation for the Higgins Family of Alabama and Georgia. We found the Condo to be very clean and tidy. It was more beautiful in person than the website pictures. Thanks again for the heads up about utilizing the elevator. All the need to know information provided prior to our visit was spot on, and it was exactly the same information he provided in his "read and need to know booklet" at the Condo. So glad Chris warned us about the uninvited pests (ants) that will invade the place given you leave any kind of food out in the kitchen. We accidently left our pancake syrup bottle, even though closed up, on the kitchen table. Returning to the place about 6 hrs. later, needless to say that ants had taken over that bottle. Some frantic clean up and we did not make that mistake again. Take care Chris and thank you again for our wonderful stay. We will definitely want to book with you again.

Quick beach trip

Very nice townhouse, clean, comfortable beds, quiet street and great location (very easy walk to the beach). Our only suggestion would be to find a way to squeeze another loveseat into the living area so you can have family movie nights (unit sleeps 8, couch seats 4). We would stay here again!
