This condo is perfect for getaways with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink in the kitchen area. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Landmark Resort! Appointed with a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom are included in this condo. You can also see the waterpark from the balcony.

Conveniently located in the central part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to the 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

Note: Spa 1 is closed due to aesthetic chase above the spa needing to be removed.
Spa 2,3, and 4 are closed for leak detection.

Great room, not so great building

The room itself was excellent. It was clean and had a great view. The building it was in was not so great. There seemed to be no air inside the building anywhere other than our room. The elevators were always crowded. We waited as much as 20 minutes for an elevator. There was also a weird smell throughout the building. That being said, the room itself was still very good.

noisy all week banging on walls doors trash every were people fussing over parking total run down only a couple of the pools worked the rest was coned off 20 people in the hot tub very sad this used to be a very nice place years ago

Great room and view but extremely loud at night

The room and view was amazing but the resort does not seem to take in consideration the noise during late night hours between doors slamming people running up and down the halls and people talking loudly / yelling in the middle of the night in the halls it made it extremely difficult to sleep though the night I have been to other places that had quite hours and the management / staff would do rounds to enforce the peace for people to sleep which is a shame my family and I used to stay here when I was a little kid and I brought my daughter here for her first vacation I am not sure if we will be back unless the management gets things under control we stayed for 6 nights and there was not a night without slamming doors loud people or what sounded like banging on the walls or sounds like something was being thrown against it
