Beautifully updated Jacuzzi suite one bedroom condo with all glass living room and wide balcony. Custom tiled jetted jacuzzi with tv in bathroom. Large spacious living room that doubles in size with floor to ceiling windows. Large tv, recliner, sleeper and built ins in living room. Fully updated kitchen with high granite and appliances and a combo washer/dryer. King bed and large tv in the bedroom. The balcony is large with 2 high sitting chairs and a love seat with ottoman with lights..wow!
The space
One of the rarest units in Sand dunes... The 30 stack unit gets wider as you enter the living room and is the only unit that doubles in size as it has beautiful floor to ceiling glass, a large bathroom and a large balcony.

The large oceanfront outdoor pool, lazy river, and oceanfront pool area with loungers are all included, along with the second floor indoor pool and hot tubs. *Please note the ocean boulevard side (front)water park/fun zone is not not included with any private rentals*

Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple restaurants onsite(pizza, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and more, river city cafe burgers and more Northshore oceanfront bar and grill), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor lounging area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of restaurants within 1 mile

Overall nice unit. There have definitely been some guests who didn’t take care of things (little things broken here and there) which didn’t hurt our stay, it was just unfortunate to see. While it says it can sleep 4 I would not recommend it unless you are okay being on top of each other. It is the perfect size for 2 people. Around the resort is showing a lot of wear and needs some TLC but everything we used was working. We had no trouble finding a parking spot in the structure. If you want a more direct route there is a single elevator behind the arcade and you can come in the doors right after the convenience store. There are multiple buildings and when we arrived the front desk was confused on which set of elevators we should use.

We loved our trip to Myrtle Beach! The place we stayed was fabulous! Our room was updated and so beachy! The resort it self is a little older. The fitness center was ok, no weights and some cardio machines didn’t work. The outdoor pools were great. The indoor pool and hot tubs were old and dirty. But the access to the beach made up for anything that was lacking
