Welcome to our Ocean Breeze 913 Beach House located in the Holiday Inn Section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground
Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while taking in the Ocean view.
This is a beautiful 2-bedroom home on stilts, with covered parking below. It has an open floor plan with eat in in kitchen, and dining room. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig and all cooking supplies. Living room has 2 full couches, pull out queen sleeper. Complimentary Spectrum cable on Smart TV in Living area.
Bedroom #1 has King Bed and cable/smart TV
Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed, Twin Bunk Beds and cable/smart TV
House can accommodate up to 8 with pull out queen sleeper couch
Linens and towels are supplied for Guests--Please advise if you plan to bring your own linens.

The host was always friendly, available and welcoming. The home was perfect - cozy, equipped with all the amenities, a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer. It was close to the beach and all the outdoor activities for the kids and the adults such as basketball, volley ball, swings etc.. Everyone at Ocean Lakes is friendly and welcoming - just a great place to stay for the entire family.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Theresa was very responsive to all of my questions before and throughout the visit. The house is in a good location in Ocean Lakes with an ocean view from the front porch and easy access to the beach.

Great House and Location

Rented for the Labor Day weekend with the kiddos. The location is really nice as it is just a few steps from the park and beach access and the water park is right around the corner (not even a 2 minute cart ride). Check in was smooth and communication from the owner was above and beyond and so helpful. The house was very clean and both the downstairs area and upstairs porch are great for the afternoon breeze off of the beach. Will definitely rent again! Highly recommend.

Had such a wonderful vacation! The house is in a great location inside Ocean Lakes- very close to the beach. The house itself was clean and comforting. First time at ocean lakes

This house was very clean when arriving, check in was very clear and communication was kept every step of the way. This was our first time staying at ocean lakes and we will definitely be back. The house is located the perfect distance from the beach as you can walk you will find out that the golf cart parking along the beach will fill up fast. The great thing about this location is it’s close to the rec center and the water park. Renting a golf cart is a must, as they will have golf cart parades every evening from 7-11p that the kids really liked. The house is also close to a couple of the playgrounds right before the beach.

Our family's stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The house was clean, perfectly located near the beach with a beautiful view. Our kids, aged 13 and 5, absolutely loved it, and the owner was incredibly responsive to our needs throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway! We will be back!

Great location, Do Your Homework on Ocean Lakes Property

Great for families and those wanting to stay on property. Nice pool area. 2 minute walk to the beach and maybe 5-10 to the pool area. House was very clean and washer/dryer were nice and large. Everything worked in the house with no issues. Check In with host was easy and responsive to questions. Do your homework on Ocean Lakes. They do not allow Uber/Lyft in and it is a 20 minute walk to the front gate. Also, no deliveries are allowed either. For example, if you want pizza delivered or you want to get an Uber/Lyft, you'll need to walk/drive/golf cart to the front. No golf cart is provided, but you can easily rent one during your stay. If none of these are a concern, then great place. Ocean Lakes does allow certain cab companies in and half of them seem like single mom/pop operations with limited drivers. We went during Bike week and many of the cabs had hour long waits (not sure if this is usually an issue and probably is not on most weeks). We ended up ordering Lyft/Ubers and walked to the front. Some guests arrived earlier than others and did not have cars. As a result, arriving via Uber/Lyft had to walk the mile to the house with luggage. Would recommend given the caveats above. No brainer for families staying on property. Serviceable grocery store onsite. Great park area and very safe. Lots of families. Be prepared to sign a very thorough/binding and obviously professionally written agreement with the host, as with I'm assuming most VRBOs, and have a great time!

Everything you need!

Excellent location and house is very well equipped. My family of 5 had a great time and enjoyed some drinks with our friends on the deck. Theresa was amazing to deal with and made for a very easy check-in and stay. We will definitely be renting this property again.

The absolute best house!

The Budneys house was phenomenal! Communication was completely open and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Having coffee on the front porch with an ocean veiw was so peaceful. We definitely look forward to booking agian next year and years to come.

Home away from Home

So happy to see that you can park a truck under the house, easily. The walk to the beach is very short and all the rinse off amenities are great. My husband enjoyed sitting in the lower patio catching the breeze, I enjoyed the upper patio deck for sun and coffee. This is a very comfortable, very nice, home away from home at the beach.

Location location location!!

Extremely great location. Walking distance to the beach and park. House was pretty clean. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets, although they did have extra small blankets in the living room, which was a plus! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean- they supplied Dawn and a dish sponge to clean dishes. The bathrooms were extremely clean! There’s a sitting area at bottom of house and the kids enjoyed sitting down stairs handing out candy! Perfect for a small family with smaller kids (only say this because the rooms are small). There were a few toys for the kids to take on the beach which was nice (and we left several for the future families ☺️). We would definitely stay again!

The house was great! Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the outside deck where we could see a good view of the beach. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the games in the house. We will definitely stay here again if we go to the beach for vacation.

Great Family Vacation Spot

When can I book again? I will definitely rent this home again. House is super close to the beach, clean and has all the comforts of home. My one concern was fees not mentioned in the listing and wanting payment outside of VRBO for them. I purchased the insurance protection for up to 3,000 through VRBO so the owner waived the $500 deposit. There is also a $200 cleaning fee that I ended up paying outside of VRBO. In the future please list all fees and collect them through VRBO.

Just what we needed!

My husband and I had the opportunity of staying at Fifth House Down in Ocean Lakes. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully! The view of the ocean was gorgeous and only steps away! The house was very roomy and supplied with all we could possibly need. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the whole process was easy on us. We would definitely stay there again!

Best Vacation Ever!

The property was located in an amazing spot in Oceanlakes. We have been wanting to stay at a house that was either near the beach or ocean front. This house was literally 5 houses back from the beach. You could see the ocean from the balcony. I would definitely recommend renting this place. The owner is very considerate and understanding. She was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
