Beautiful Tropical Decor. Private Access. Close to Ocean Beach and Pools.

Our beautifully renovated villa with tropical decor has large windows, vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks an expansive tree-shaded lawn. It features a private staircase - no standing in hallways or using an elevator with other people to access our unit. Two guest suites - bedrooms with attached baths, are located at opposite ends of our villa allowing for maximum privacy. We are located in Kingston Plantation, a premier South Carolina ocean front resort. There is a boardwalk that spans the length of the resort next to one half mile of gorgeous ocean beach. You will be able to use 3 beautiful, private neighborhood pools that cannot be used by the resort hotel guests. There is the pool on the boardwalk, the Richmond Park pool, and the St. James pool. Directions to these pools are in our Welcome Guide inside our condo.
It is a short 7 minute walk to the ocean, past fresh-water lakes on lovely paths through garden landscaping.
There is no need to bring beach items! Inside our hall closet is a cooler (ice packs in the freezer) and beautiful resort quality beach towels. Outside on the stair landing is a Beach Closet with 4 chairs, Boogie Boards and a bag of beach toys.
Deep sea fishing can be done off Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, which is next to the resort.

Fantastic condo. Very clean and quiet. It was October and the weather could not have been better. The condo is set back away from the beach and high-rise condos at Kingston Plantation, which gives you a break from the crowds and the noise.

Lovely condo with all the amenities you'd have in a home. Safe neighborhood and loved that we could walk to restaurants, pools and beach. The only observation would be to sweep the steps and front stoop but other than that we will definitely book this unit again!

Lovely property

First impression of this unit was that it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every imaginable cooking and baking pan, pot, machine as well as utensils of every kind. Dishware, coffee mugs, glassware were plentiful. The area surrounding the unit was quiet and serene ( no loud parties etc.) The beach and pool areas were within a five or ten minute walk -faster if you drive. The owners were very helpful and responsive to my inquiries prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay! One tiny comment/suggestion- houskeeping seemed to use scented laundry detergent to wash all the sheets and towels in the unit. I found it very strong- future guests may also. I appreciate linens and towels with no scent.

Great Myrtle Beach Getaway

This condo is great, well appointed, clean and great for a family or couples. Sandra Lynn was a great host, responding very quickly to any questions. The property is at the back of the Kingston Plantation resort. This means it was quiet, but a little walk to the pool and even further to the beach. This was not a problem as you can drive and park close to the beach or pool if you want. Considering the resort was busy down by the beach area, we appreciated the distance and the quiet where we were located. We would definitely rent again.

Great stay in Richmond Park

This makes the third or fourth time we have stayed at this property. Every time we have stayed the place has been immaculate. I am a neat freak when it comes to places to stay and I could not find one thing out of place as far as cleanliness(or anything for that matter). We love staying at Kingston Plantation, it is super kid friendly. The property sits in back and is very quiet, with no unnecessary traffic. It seems like the owners are constantly making little upgrades to the condo. Every time we go, something has been improved. You can tell the host takes time to make sure you have a great visit. There are neatly marked totes with extra bedding etc. Very good attention to detail. There is even a beach closet with beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that could make this place better would be an included golf cart, like some of other condos in Kingston offer.

Needed getaway

Condo was very nice. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach if you walk the outside loop down. Parking lot north of the Embassy suites a couple lots down between other condo buildings made beach access very easy with the family and all the gear. Only insignificant improvement would be for kitchen to have a larger colander for cooking noodles and pasta. Lovely condo and hosts were very responsive when I messaged with any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful grounds/property and this unit has all of the comforts of home. Although there were more bouts of rain than usual during this time of year, which kept us off of the beach more than we would have preferred, my family of three thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay in this villa because we were so comfortable hanging out and relaxing there. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Given the opportunity, we would stay in this unit again.

Excellent in every way!

This has to be one of our most favorite places to stay now while visiting Myrtle Beach! The villa was very clean, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and very cozy/comfy. The beds slept so well, too!The owners have truly went above and beyond to share their "home away from home." You can tell they take pride in keeping things very clean, neat, and in good working order (which is high on our priority list as well.) The communication was very timely and spot on. Everything worked so well, we didn't even have to contact the owners for anything at all. The description was very accurate of all the immenities included...which all was absolutely awesome!The Kingston Plantation is a gated community, which allows for even more privacy. There is a brief 5-7 minute walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, which made the trip even more fun! (Golf cart rentals are right on sight, and very easy to get. Donna, at the rental place was absolutely phenomenal to work with!!) We highly recommend this villa/location to anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay!

Cozy and Accommodating

This was a great place to stay! Overall, very safe and welcoming neighborhood resort community. Close to Walmart, gas stations, and the beach. The house was equipped with everything you may need, including beach toys, beach towels, and tons of kitchen utensils. It was clean and quiet. Also plenty of amenities within the resort and within walking distance of the beach. You can rent golf carts and bikes for easier transportation too. I also really enjoyed how communicative the owners were. They even messaged me to check in on our stay! We were worried about heading there right after hurricane Ian, but Sandy kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend staying here. We loved our time there and did NOT want to leave.

We loved our stay. The condo is spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The kids especially loved the beach closet with sand toys and boogie boards. The walk to the beach takes less than 10min or you can park at one of the parking lots right by the ocean.

Lovely Condo Close to the beach.

The villa at Arcadian shores is a lovely second story condo that is well decorated, clean and comfortable. The villa located in Kingston Plantation has nice walking paths along the lake and is a 10 min. walk to the beach. Everything is as shown in the pictures and was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The villa is also within 4 miles of Hwy 17 and the many fine restaurants. Unfortunately the owners do not supply extra paper products or trash bags. Our stay lasted for 9 days so we had to make a grocery store run to replenish. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. Overall a very nice rental and we would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Clean Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners sent instructions for check in that were so easy to follow. It is in a great location close to shopping and many restaurants and it was less than a beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also plenty of parking if you choose to drive. We love coming to Kingston and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.
