This stunning, luxurious cabin covers shy of ½ acre of land and is in a secluded cul-de-sac located in Munds Park, Arizona. Cradled at top of a hill, this private, majestic cabin offers serenity and privacy in a resort-like setting. Perfect for entertaining, the open floor plan and oversized windows allow the picturesque, natural landscape to be enjoyed for both indoor and outdoor living.
This newly renovated modern rustic cabin is a perfect home base for experiencing all that Northern Arizona has to offer. Centrally located, it is also perfect for visits to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, Mormon Lake, Phoenix or Wine tasting at nearby vineyards.
Entering our beautiful cabin, you will walk into our souring ceilings, a wall of windows, and an open floor plan to entertain your family. The open floor plan allows for large groups to spread out comfortably. A large, oversized L-shaped couch, gas fireplace, smart TV, and cozy blankets will engulf you in cozy comfort. A small table with seating for two sits next to the fireplace, perfect for a game of cards or chess. A half bathroom (Powder) is also located on the main floor next to the kitchen.
Living Room Includes: Gas fireplace, Blankets, Oversized comfortable furniture, Smart TV, Coat and Boot Rack, Access to the front deck (and wrap around deck to the back), ambient lighting.
This rustic modern kitchen is the perfect size to cook for the whole family. The Gourmet Kitchen will satisfy the chef in the family! The stainless-steel cookery includes a six-burner gas Viking range which features 2 oven and integrated griddle. The kitchen has 2 sinks, one on the island and main over looking the backyard, microwave, French-door fridge/freezer with drink dispenser, dishwasher, Keurig and traditional style coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster. A beautiful wood table with seating for 10 sits under a rustic elk chandelier in a space designated for dining. The island bar top holds an additional seating for 4.
Our dry bar has all the glassware you will need with a cocktail shaker and utensils.

Our home has 4 bedrooms + Loft + Detached Game/Bunk Room in the backyard and 4.5 bathrooms.
BEDROOMS:
Primary - The master suite is on the main level to the left of the kitchen and dining room. It’s adorned with a king-sized bed overlooking 2 large windows for a picturesque, natural landscape view. The luxuries continue in the master bathroom, which features heated floors, double sink vanity, a spacious walk-in tiled shower (yes, heated floors in here too) with two shower heads. You’ll have your own private porch door out to the wrap around back deck where the hot tub is located making this the perfect space to unwind.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor.
Upstairs, you will find the loft on the left. The loft bathroom has a bathtub and holds the same grey flooring and travertine wall shower as the other bathrooms in the home.
The first guest bedroom (Bedroom 3) to the right of the stairs hosts to a king bed, and full-over-full bunk beds. Has a large window for a picturesque, natural landscape view. Includes a dresser for clothing and suitcase rack.
The second guest bedroom (Bedroom 2) host to two queen beds. Has a large window for a picturesque, natural landscape view. Includes a dresser for clothing and suitcase rack.
The third guest bedroom (Bedroom 4) on the left side of the loft has a twin bed. This bedroom is more on the smaller scale and ideal for kids. Includes a kids table and beam bags.
THE LOFT:
The upper-level loft looks over the stunning living room and classic A-frame windows that offer beautiful views of the front yard from the living room and kitchen and a private porch to walk out into to enjoy the backyard view. The loft holds a pull out couch (queen sized) and twin-over-full bunk beds. You will find a well stocked bookcase with books for you to enjoy. A desk and chair for a workspace overlooking our picturesque A-frame window. (My favorite view!) You will need to bring your own HDMI cable if you wish to connect to the monitor provided.
THE BACKYARD:
We are so proud to share our amazing outdoor space with you. This space has been created for family entertaining and relaxation in mind!
The wrap around porch tops this beautiful home off. It surrounds the entire living space, the patio doors opens to a fenced in backyard to include turf and pavers. The front porch holds more seating where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the massive pine trees with bistro string lights illuminating the deck from the front porch to the back porch and fenced in backyard. This backyard, (yes, we have a backyard) is one of a kind for entertaining. Featuring a full range of games to play with for kids or adults. Our backyard has a built-in trampoline for the kids (or adults), badminton, volleyball, corn hole, wood burning fire pit and propane grill. We also have two hammocks ideal for taking a nap or reading your favorite book. The back patio porch connects to our backyard which holds more seating as well as a wood burning fire-pit for nighttime entertaining. We have 6 lounge chairs around the fire-pit as well as an outdoor dining table for 6 and a huge sectional for additional seating/lounging.
The hot tub is located on the deck off the master suite of the backyard. It is brand new and has seating for 6!
BACKYARD DETACHED GAME ROOM/BUNK ROOM:
The backyard garage is accessible as we have converted it into a livable game room with A/C and heat! This back room is idea for those that still want to play games without disrupting the sleep of those that already went to bed. This back room includes a full sized bathroom (with shower), pool table, shuffleboard, table and chairs to play games, dart board, TV and a couch. We also added two day beds (trundle twin beds), both beds having roll-outs twin beds trundles (sleeps 4). This space is heated and cooled. We have a Tesla outlet if you wish to charge.
You will find several games that are provided: Twister, Sequence, Yahtzee, Scrabble, and Connect 4 and several puzzle games are also available for your family’s entertainment.
Outdoor activities abound! The home is walking distance to Lake O’Dell, with fishing and other lake activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. This cabin is conveniently located just minutes away from several popular outdoor off-road, ATV/UTV riding adventure and hiking trials. Take a drive up to Mormon Lake, Lake Mary and enjoy endless forest trails. As well as Schnebly Hill Rd if you want to do a little off-roading down into Sedona! Wine tasting and more. We are 20 minutes away from Flagstaff and 45 minutes to Snowbowl for skiing.
PARKING:
There is space for at least 4-5 cars in the lower circle driveway which has steps up to the front deck. Room for 2-3 cars up top in front of the main garage and backyard garage. Unfortunately, the main garage is not accessible.
LAUNDRY:
Fees will apply. Laundry, including a washing machine and dryer, is available on site in our laundry room which is located upstairs in the closet between the loft and hallway to the bedrooms.

Other things to note
Minimum Age Requirement is 25 years old.
DISH WASHING
Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we ask that you please put dishes in the dishwasher rather than by hand so that they are sanitized and free of missed particles. The only items in our cabin that cannot be put in the dishwasher is the seasoned cast iron pan that is not enamel coated and cutting boards as the plastic will melt.
PETS:
We love all fur babies - approval is required.
Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Any violation will result in a $250 fine. Also, please pick up after them outside, we have a designated area for them. We do not allow them to go on turf as we have young kids. We allow one dog, no larger than 45 pounds. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without manager approval. There is a pet fee. Please remit the pet fee prior to arrival. Dog is not allowed to stay home alone, please bring crate.
