Unit was not like pictures. Under construction and rented out. No outlet covers, no vent covers. Lots of Sheetrock missing in living room and kitchen area. Master bath and bed were good. Other bedroom wasn’t very big. Water bugs were crawling in unit and no TV. Host was amazing but should not rent again until work is finished. Nails and Sheetrock everywhere

The property and amenities @ the property were perfect. Very nice place to stay with everything you need, dishes, linens and such. The only hiccup was when we got there, my husband and I were the 1st to arrive and went up to the unit to get our parking passes, 10 minutes max, and security was already tagging my car to be towed, tgank goodness we came right back down.

Girls Trip

Everything was cleaned and was as listed. We did have and issue with a pan of oil left in the oven. When contacting our person they immediately got a hold of the cleaning company and took care of the issue. We look forward to making another trip in the next year.

A great location!

This is such a great location, it’s quiet at night past ten and is very family oriented. The beach is right outside of the condo. The third floor was difficult as there wasn’t an elevator, but we knew what we were getting ourselves into. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. Overall place was comfortable, and supplied most everything we needed.

Quick April trip to beach

This was a great condo. It was just a short walk to the beach. We had heavy rains on two days, but the location was great for exploring Beaufort, the aquarium, and Moorehead City. The condo was extremely clean and the decor was charming. Alex was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

Nice, clean condo

Enjoyed the quiet location and great view from the balcony. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean with the basics you need for a quick trip to the beach. Glad we rented and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Had a wonderful stay! The condo was amazing, although we had a hiccup with the coffee pot. I was able to contact Alex on this issue and she was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect! Definitely recommend this place!

Great location for an uncrowded beautiful beach! The pool at the complex was also great as well as ease of parking. The beds were nice and comfortable, but when going to leave noted remnants from last visitors under them. The air vents were also very dirty, but property manager did state she would speak to clean crew for next visitors.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as listed; and very clean. Beach was very enjoyable. I would recommend placing a list of businesses that deliver food - we arrived late - so we had to search online and call each restaurant to find someone that would deliver.

Nice unit, NO POOL!

My husband and I liked the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed that pool was not open. It clearly hadn't had water in it for a long time and the pool light was out of its hole and on the bottom. We weren't informed about this until the evening before we were to depart for our trip.

Tastefully updated in a bright beach style. Very spacious for the square footage. Excellent view of the water. Very short walk to beach and pool. They had towels and sheets ! Which was an issue at another rental in same facility for us earlier. Would stay here again 100%

Perfect for Family of 6

We enjoyed Sea Spray 334! The kitchen was super stocked! It had everything we needed and much more. The drip coffee maker also has a Keurig option on it. It was very clean and enough room for our family of 6. The entire place is pretty quiet and the beach was mostly empty right in front of this condo while we were there. Our children especially enjoyed so many shells to explore and several dolphins swimming right by daily. The only disappointment was that although the pool was suppose to open in April, there was a closed sign on it the whole time.
