Very unwelcoming front desk. At one point the breakfast lady and the front desk staff were arguing because she was taking too long in the kitchen. Overall bad experience.

Philadelphia Marriott Downtown
This Marriott was very clean, the staff were all so friendly. Even in the restaurants everyone was very pleasant. We had friends at other hotels that did not have the same experience. The location is also convenient to the convention center, shopping, and the museum.

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
No morning coffee. No breakfast nor a meaningful restaurant to grab lunch nor dinner. Definitely a B-rated hotel. Very noisy at night as it seems to be a hub for the younger group. We will not stay here again.
