As a Black/Jamaican owned hotel, this place also carries a deep sense of pride and authenticity that you can feel in everything from the decor to the service. "The views from the Lodge's different balconies were amazing! There was private access to the ocean which was a good place to swim in However, the last two steps down into the water were very mossy. I want to encourage them to clean those steps though using concrete scrapers. I really liked the property though, it was beautiful and serene."
