The stay was ok, loud music till 4 in the morning. The room must had been a smoking room heavy cigarette walls, bed even the heating blowing out cigarette smoke all night other then that i would stay there again.

Room was clean. Looks like remodel, bunch of stuff in office. No coffee maker. Clicked on king option but got queen. Mentioned at check out for toilet kept flushing after I used it. Single use grills & camp chairs at lots of rooms - most likely live ins.

Negatives: Did not like the bathtub, or towels. no wastebasket or ice bucket. Dingy. Positives: Heater worked, toilet flushed; decent size, all first floor rooms; easy to get luggage to rooms; good memory foam mattress.

I've never been in a hotel or any type of place where I had to clean there was a horrible smell the room was filthy there's a just dirt everywhere nothing had been cleaned ever never I cleaned the room I called the desk for some disinfectant spray and some cleaning wipes they had nothing they offered nothing the place is a dump take it off of Travelocity you shouldn't be putting this one out there it's disgustingly just dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty you walk in the office and the floor is just so filthy garbage everywhere barking dogs let him know security they need someone to drive through the property they said there's four or five buildings no security

Dear Guest, Our staff works their hardest to provide excellence at our hotel. Cleanliness and comfort is our main priority. Dogs are allowed at our property but have designated rooms so guests allergic will never be in a room a pet has been in. We are very conscious of our guests needs and strive by pleasing each one of our guests. Your experience with us is unfortunate, but give us another chance while we are going through a remodel of our entire hotel. See you again-

My room was not cleaned. I had to go ask the front desk door clean sheets and I changed them myself because I didn’t want to wait (I was too tired). The sink has tooth paste in it! It was disgusting. 0 out of 5 stars for SURE!

Paid for room on line. Went to motel and no one was at the desk to check in. Took 20 minutes for anyone to show up. I called the number at the desk to call if the receptionist was not on site 10 times . Not one person picked up the phone . Other customers came in and left while I was calling and waiting for the desk clerk. If I hadn't paid for the room prior I would have gone also; but I didn't have any choice but to stay and keep calling the desk clerk. The room smells of cigarette smoke.
