"As a traveling business person there places that advertise “they are the best” and then there’s cambria. Very unique and if I didn’t know any better I’d think I was home that’s how pleasant staying at this property is. I recommend it to anyone who is doing a quick stay at a decent price. Everything about this hotel is very unique. Until further notice this will be my New Haven home away from home from now on."

"If you're looking for a downtown hotel for a night or two, this is a great location. Parking is available in the ramp across the street. Easy peasy. Lobby is large, rooms are clean. My only suggestion is the front desk staff needs to be a bit more informed about the area.... what's open later at night, what is walkable, what are great places to dine. Of course I can Google it myself but I look to the "locals" to tell me about the area surrounding the hotel."

"It would have helped if there was more and better food to buy from machines or at the desk when the restaurant was closed on Monday. When we arrived on Monday evening, we were too exhausted to drive out to find another place to eat. So we had to eat mac and cheese bought at the snack area. It was not very special."
