Beautiful view of the state capitol bldg. Room was clean and spacious. Room door did not shut fully by itself - had to push/pull to ensure closure. Main treadmill in fitness room not working. Could not access fitness room until 7am since on the same floor as breakfast space which opened at 7am. However, sign on fitness room door indicated room opened at 530am so was ready to use at 6am but was told could not access until 7am. Signage needs to be correctes or access needs to be allowed as indicated. Staff was friendly and overall good stay and value. Will definitely consider again when returning to Hartford.

Convenient location across from train station and a 10 min walk to Prat street. Staff was lovely! Just need to have ample parking for guests although there is paid public parking eventhough the guest parking was full. Also we had to replace our keys in room 410 4 times since one key kept not functioning. This lock needs to be fixed in this room!
