Convenient location across from train station and a 10 min walk to Prat street. Staff was lovely! Just need to have ample parking for guests although there is paid public parking eventhough the guest parking was full. Also we had to replace our keys in room 410 4 times since one key kept not functioning. This lock needs to be fixed in this room!

We had never been to Hartford, and we found a great deal on this hotel. Would probably not recommend downtown Hartford to anyone in the future. Lots of foot traffic and homelessness made us worry about our car at night.
