The hotel was dirty, clearly none of the floors had been swept or cleaned, in the room or lobby. The room smelled terrible and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. Never again

HORRIBLE MOTEL EVER & WASTE OF YOUR MONEY

Pros: NOTHING AT ALL TERRIBLE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON TO SLEEP HERE.
Cons: EVERYTHING plus not like they going change anything.
Location: Right next door there a place called “EROTIC ZONE” stripper club.
On Oct.13th, 2017 this what happen at this place.....First I called in to make sure I still had my room and he was like call back at 8:30pm I was still talking and he hang up on me got here and confronted him on what he did he going say maybe call dropped I was like yeah ok no call dropped. Then I asked Assistant manager about my bedroom size I said I paid for a King Size room not a Queen Size room and the Assistant manager going say nothing I can do about it. This nasty place just take your money and give you what they wanna give you and not what you reserved online. I will never ever come here again. and also I made my reservation on Travelocity.com I would made my comment on there could not find it to make my comment about this place.. Also DIRTY TOWELS,HAIR IN TUB,SAW BABY ROACH IN BATHROOM. WASTE OF MONEY COMING HERE.BUT U GET WHAT U PAY FOR RIGHT LESSON LEARNED.THIS PLACE BETTER FOR "DRUG DEALER , PROSTITUTES & JUNKIES".

I Didn't get what I paid for nasty crappy rooms

Well I didn't have a place to stay.. it was 55a night for one guest..I was charged 75$ the night...If it's 55+tax it should be like 60 or 63 dollars...For two nights consecutive.. SO WERES my change.. they were rude, non caring very bad customer service.. not good quality for the amount... Non higenic when it comes to bedding... I stood three days more at 68, 63,63... Still same condition... I feel if they don't feel at peace with a guest to offer other suggestions and be helpful not rude... I felt bullied for my opinion or for my balance... N I'm not a nasty person...

Bed bug!!!

Bed bug had to leave in the middle of the night. Fire alarm I room disconnected and wires hanging out of the wall!!!! Horrible

No good view at all

Thee room was not cleaned .the bathroom light didn't work.the lights above the bed was broken.No tv remote.there was lots of noise in the hallway.this wasn't a good stay at all I need a refund really

Bad Location.

Despite the friendly staff and nice room, the Super 8 was in an odd location. It was hidden behind some buildings and mildly difficult to find at first.

You know it's bad when...

The front desk welcoming clerk is behind a wall of plexiglass and his entire extended family takes up half of the available rooms. The place needs to be condemned it is so old and used.

Place to crash before a marathon

The only reason I stayed here is it was close to the starting line of the Hartford Marathon. The room was gross. The heater was noisy. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. The mattress was uncomfortable. I did not sleep well and it definately showed when I ran the race the next day. I know it is a Super 8 and they are an "economy" hotel, but it is the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed in. Yuck!
