Check-In was a breeze. Reception desk was very friendly and courteous. Hotel is a bit outdated but the room was clean. Could have supplied enough towels and washcloths for two people and maybe two bars of soap would have been nice. The cleaning staff could have been a little bit more friendlier. We said hi to two of them and there was no response and no smile. Was very convenient to the Xfinity theater. Less than a mile walk Would stay again but you may have to hurry up

We went to a concert we checked in bed was never made, we get back can't get in the hotel they parked a 100 cars there they was leaving so we couldn't get in for like an hour
