This hotel is very convenient. The owners have neglected the property. Example the carpets in the hall ways were not glued down and the ceiling in the rooms needed attention. We understand the difficult situation but the hotel should try to separate the homeless from the paying guest. My wife was a bit nervous with these poor people. We feel bad that they are having to live at the hotel but probably better than the streets.

Liked its proximity to the water. However the hotel had many flaws. One elevator was not working. the other was intermittent. Beds were very hard and pillows were scarce. The hotel ran out of towels so we had to make do. There was limited dining and the pool was closed. Hotel allows pets. Saw lots of dogs....big dogs!

The hotel is in terrible condition. Cracked walls/plaster, rust, dirty carpeting that was taped down(7th floor) and that was a trip hazard because it wasn't flat and had these huge ridges/humps. Musty/mildewy smell in the halls and room. Elevator worked going up to the 7th floor but the next day it wasn't and we had to hump our luggage down an incredibly dirty stairwell. Dogs were barking in other guests rooms. If there was any other option in the area I would have left but sadly there wasn't. I would expect issues like this in a $40/night roach motel but not in a name chain hotel run by Wyndham that is charging $200/night. What a scam, don't waste your time and money here. Find someplace else that deserves it.

I had to search carts for clean towels. Had to go to the desk to get soap.

it smelled horrible. One elevator was broken and the other took forever. We had to get our keys re-swiped every time we left the room. they said we were demagnetizing them but have never had this issue at any other hotel. people were very loud in the hallway on saturday night well after 10pm and it smelled like weed always in the hall
