Need to get their act together
The owner had me send photo of identification as well as credit card to avoid delays at check in.
At the front desk around 3:30, they had no knowledge of my stay and could not get in contact with the owner/property manager to confirm. This was truly a surprise as they had asked what time that I would arrive and took identification documents prior to arrival to avoid delays.
I was finally able to get in my room around 5:45 pm. Check in is at 4:00.
On Wednesday the 3rd, I was checking out.
The night before I had a requested a 1:00 checkout. No one responded and I vacated at regular time.
I have booked condo/hotels before.
This is was by far the worst experience that I have had.
Even the tone of the emails in preparation for my arrival which emphasized no wash clothes would be provided…
They were there.
Too much confusion for me.
