1 Hotel Perfection

We stayed in this three bedroom/ 3 bath unit for 6 nights with our two adult daughters. The condo is huge, by far the biggest place we’ve ever stayed in at the 1 Hotel. Great kitchen, comfortable family room area, and large balcony with direct ocean views. We recommend this condo without reservation.

Amazing Residence

The 1 Hotel is the best property in South Beach. The roof top pool/bar is amazing. This unit is spectacular in every way. It is very spacious, clean, and meant for multiple people or couples to enjoy and never feel cramped. It is easily 5 stars.

Exceptional property well worth the money

True luxury and service. This private residence is beautiful as easy to use as a hotel. Amazing view, amazing location, beach, pool, shopping, dining, and culture all happening nearby. The amenities are amazing. The residence and property are worth the extra investment. No BS and no rednecks.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in South Beach a lot thanks to Luxury Rentals Miami Beach. They are a great company to work with when planning a vacation. This is the second time we book through VRBO one of their properties -they have beautiful apartments in very high-end hotels in the area. We will definitely book LRMB's residences again and again when visiting Miami. Great service.

Great condo/great Hotel

This is a condo housed in a resort style hotel. A condo is private, but you have access to all of the amenities of the hotel. There is a great beach area and access to two beautiful pools. The food was very good at both the pools and the restaurants. The condo was extremely spacious and had everything we could want for a party of six. I definitely recommend this condo, and I will be back. Amazing service.

Never booking Hotel again

All the amenities of the 1hotel but in a beautiful 3bed condo with kitchen and washing machine/dryer and a better deal than booking the hotel. Excellent service by management company from communication before arrival, Andre our personal concierge (who can do all from restaurant reservations to in room massage, fishing, car rental) to the late checkout. Private beach, 3 pools, excellent gym and restaurants. Definitely will come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a nice stay! Having the kitchen was key for us. Staying on the residences side of the hotel is a much more affordable way to enjoy the luxuries here. Our only issue was with the "mid" week clean. It was done on the morning of our 3rd day of a 10-day stay. Just make sure you communicate well on what that clean will be. Glenny who I booked with was awesome. I can't imagine what you wouldn't love it here!

Amazing 5 star Residence! Best property on South Beach

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the 1 Hotel Residences in South Beach this past weekend. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the true definition of a modern 5 star residence. The hotel itself is filled with beautiful spaces, live vegetation, top notch amenities and top of the line service from the staff. The gym is insane and you can commonly find celebs and athletes walking the halls. The actual suite itself is gorgeous, with a huge balcony, open layout living room and kitchen, making it great for groups. The rooms are all spacious and everything that you need is provided. One thing worth noting, because this is the resident portion of the hotel, many of the unit's neighbors actually live there and are not just tourists passing through. That being said you have to keep the noise down to a minimum later in the night. We had security called on our group once and we were issued a warning. There were no further issues but just something to be aware of if you're going with a big and or rowdy group. Lastly, the service via Luxury Rentals was phenomenal. Their entire team provided every service we needed in a quick and professional manner. Juan was very quick to respond and helped to make our miami experience a memorable one. We will definitely be staying at the 1 hotel again and using Luxury Rentals

Great weekend in Miami

We came for a long weekend and booked through VRBO which seemed like a great way to stay at The One in an oceanfront suite but not as pricey as going direct. With all the fees, it may have been just as expensive but we did have the luxury concierge. The only issue was really that we received multiple texts and emails from different people that didn't seem to know the answers from previous replies, so we received documents to sign over and over, and then had arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport that never showed up. When we called to find out where they were, the person who was on that night had no clue. He then greeted us when we got to The One, and had left us a few nepresso pods and had also gotten us some groceries that we had requested be there for our stay. They charged a $65 fee to do this, meh. To make up the lost car service, they sent us flowers to the suite and offered a ride to the airport for us free of charge. Overall, it was a great property and suite with a huge balcony, great bedding, overlooking the ocean, one suite is the master, the other a second bedroom and the 3rd bedroom a middle room with no windows, but we were only 2 couples. We flipped for the master, which had a nice sized bathroom while the other one was small and no counter space. But we would go back. Everything they do that is extra is at a premium, just keep in mind.

Beautiful apartment

Great apartment for a family. Clean, modern and great size for a three bedroom. Beautiful hotel. We also rented a cabana and had amazing vacation with great service poolside. Would come back and would highly recommend to my friends.

We had a great time at the 1 hotel ! came for a girls weekend and cant wait to come back . luxury rentals was great to work with and the unit was just as pictured and beautiful. We will definately be back !
