The room was dingy with a broken sink. No one showed up to empty the trash let alone making up the bed and tiding up the room. Staff was non existent except when to run your card for incidentals. If you come late, the place is desolate and feels unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel.

A couple of toys left behind from a previous stay, and bed didn’t look like a king sized bed but other than that the room was very nice and cozy! I slept like a baby! Enjoyed the basketball court and outside scenery!

Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked.

Sound on the tv did not work. Room wasn’t fully clean. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that were left for us were previously used. Our garbage was changed daily. The breakfast was good. Check in was a breeze.

"Nice place, right by everything. They have parking garage and they have plenty of cabs. The concierge desk had its issues but were very friendly. Rooms were clean, not one bug. Pool was a bit small but heated and clean. Right by the pool was a free water dispenser. The A/C worked great. Restaurant right next door was very nice. It's no Montebelo, but a real nice place."
