"This is our second time staying at this hotel with our family, and it has been a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping service is excellent. Free parking is available, and there is also a shuttle bus nearby that makes it very convenient to get to downtown New York City. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"We arrive 15 minutes early and was told our room would be ready in a short time, it was an hour later. We expected to use the hotel shuttle to go 3.3 miles away to the Meadowlands sports complex and was told that’s not an option, even though it is advertised on the website."

"Breakfast was very disappointing—there were very limited choices and it was the same menu every day. The coffee was also quite bad. On the positive side, parking was convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the room had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor, which made the stay uncomfortable overall."

"Much upkeep was needed for this hotel. would not recommend. Breakfast in a bag is not what anyone's idea of a continental breakfast. The parking lot had huge potholes everywhere. The room and hallways had spackle and water stains everywhere. Not Ideal. The bathroom needs a lot of TLC, the toilet had a crack in it. rust everywhere. "
