"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. The breakdowns the staff was great though despite these. "

"Wallpaper falling off walls. Bathroom was clean. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall and not functional. TV didn’t work if you were using the coffee pot. Room wasn’t cleaned until we asked. Amenities and parking were $20/day even if you didn’t use them. Unfortunate because it could have been a good stay in an older eclectic building. Staff was very nice when notified though- although they just said there was nothing they could do about it as we booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com should vet their places better and not book out trash. "

"The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck/Glenpointe are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast team, in particular, makes the experience memorable. Senaida stands out for her kindness and attentiveness—she truly represents what hospitality is all about. I have no complaints about the facilities, and the location is excellent, with easy access to Manhattan (about a 20-minute bus ride). If you want to experience the kind of genuine hospitality that feels harder to find these days, this is definitely a place worth staying."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Radio Hotel. It was comfortable and affordable with a baby. The views of the city from uptown were great. Housekeeping made up the room and took out the trash daily. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the 1 train. Would definitely return."
