"Graduation stay"
Little disappointed that none of the front door staff helped me unload my luggage from my car. They all (3) focused on arriving cabs. Had to ask for valet service to take our car once I got inside hotel with luggage. After complaining to front desk, manager went out of his way to make sure remaining service was fantastic!! My husband is handicapped. They promptly brought a shower chair to our room and installed temporary grab bars in the shower. Room was clean and very pleasant and remarkably quiet despite being across from the elevators. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel. Charming atmosphere. Small lobby and elevators but very charming and great location for our Columbia University graduation activities.

"Great location for the young and hip set"
Nomo Soho is in a great location, close to Broadway, shopping, the subway and restaurants. It is clean and neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It also has a great look and vibe for the younger set that is looking for a place with high energy, constant dance beat throughout the lobby, restaurant, and elevators. If you are not expecting quiet you'll love the place.

"Excellent hotel - very comfortable, classy rooms"
Loved my stay at the Gramercy - my room was spacious, well appointed comfortable and classy. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the downstairs bartenders are attentive, creative and fun - no pretense! Great location for me with access to Flatiron area and terrific selection of local restaurants ranging from select bar food, top notch Italian to very good Indian food. I got a great deal in an off month and would love to stay here again if rates come down a bit.

"Great place to Stay!"
Beautiful hotel the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. and because it's a small hotel no crowds to deal with in the lobby or at the elevators. The staff is very attentive. It's close to everything in the Broadway/theater area. If u take ur car and park at garage in same block u can get a voucher from hotel it gives u about 40% off of parking. Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed and have sent family members there several times!!!

"Quietly upscale hotel on Upper East Side"
We stayed as a family of 4 in a room with 2 queen beds. It was very spacious ( actually enormous for NYC), very well appointed, stylish, comfortable, and quiet. We received a bottle of wine compliments of the manager- a very nice touch. It is not a tourist or party hotel, expect well-off middle aged crowd in designer attire. But no snobbish attitudes were ever detected in any of the stuff, everybody was extremely warm and helpful. Cafe Boulud, adjacent to the hotel, lived up to its excellent reputation, but was rather pricey ( no surprise of course). Affordable and family friendly dining options in the immediate area are limited ( and they are generally not really affordable by middle-American standard), but the main commercial strips of Upper East Side ( Lexington and 2nd) are 3 blocks away with many casual and more reasonably priced eateries. Many of them deliver too. The location is beautiful( think 1890s architecture) and quiet, short walk to the Central park and the Museum Mile, walkable to Upper West side ( Museum of Natural History and other things). We even walked to the Lincoln Center and back ( about 20-25 min each way), but after dark it is not advisable to cross the park, so you'll need a taxi. It is not really walkable to midtown attractions. Hop-on hop-off bus lines stop a few blocks from the hotel, but as a means of transportation to midtown they are very very slow. Overall, would stay again, if couldn't find comparable options on south end of central park

"4 Wonderful Days in New York City"
A lovely, quaint and crisp Hotel, centrally located. Our plane arrived very early on a Thursday, hours before check-in time. The staff graciously held our baggage and invited us to partake in breakfast within their charming second floor gathering room. Each evening the staff served complimentary wine along with cheese and desserts in the same room. We were able to meet and chat with other guests from around the world. The rooms were clean, current and well maintained. I will definitely stay at the Library Hotel again, an oasis within the bustle of NYC
