"Brought my family of 7 (5 kids 14-21 years old) for spring break. House was excellent, and the provided amenities were awesome, for the most part, there were a bunch of beach chairs available to use, however 1 was broken, and a couple different body boards, but again, some were put back broken. There was a large canopy we didn't need to use, and some snorkeling equipment. If you're only going for time at the beach, there are some amazing beaches nearby, but if you're looking for activities, or going to North Beach, it's a drive. The landscapers showed up one morning to work, but when they realized the house was occupied they apologized and told us about some nearby spots to check out. Overall the house is set up quite nicely, but the management company seems to be lacking a little, I was never sent the check in instructions and had to ask for them when we arrived in Honolulu, which was after hours so was welcomed with a generic try again later message, luckily someone did respond within a couple minutes and sent the instructions. The house was very clean, and great views, neighborhood is very quiet. "

"The house was great for our party of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids including 1 two year old). Only wish the dining table/chairs were better - quite wobbly and not a good fit for the kids. The house was nicely decorated and had a nice view. The location is nice if you're planning to be at the house relaxing on your trip. If you're planning on being out and about around the island, it's a half hour drive to the freeway whether there's traffic or not due to speed bumps and stoplights. The drive wasn't horrible but after a few days of driving around the island, it was a bit much. "

"The home was well cared for and tucked into a gated community in the foothills of a beautiful mountain range, close to an affordable country club for golf! Great in home amenities, well stocked for beach trip! Location beyond the gated community appears to have a homelessness challenge, but did not feel unsafe. Would definitely recommend!"

"My family and I stayed for a week at the property and were impressed with the home. It was beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Check in and out procedures were easy to follow. The host is responsive. "

"his home is lovely. The location is quiet and secure. The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped for a vacation home. The walking trails near the home were also top notch!Our only concerns were the odd way the lights and fans were connected on the same circuit which made them difficult to use in various rooms. We notified the number provided for questions, but never received follow up on how to better use the system. Oh—and the large pasta pot was missing from the kitchen set! It made for a memorable pasta cooking experience!Honestly, even with these minor concerns every thing else was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again, and enjoyed our time in Waianae. "

"Great stay, owner was friendly and very helpful. The only negative was it was a bit of a drove to most tourist locations. But, that also made it nice to have some quiet beaches almost to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay again. Gated community was nice and secure."
