"Visit to Madrid "
Very well located, within walking distance to main tourist attractions and shopping. Extremely comfortable room, very good lighting in bathroom with all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of hot and cold items. Carmen, in the Breakfast Room, was very pleasant and accommodating to everyone. The décor throughout the Hotel is tasteful and very well maintained. Lastly, the Reception Staff is very professional and courteous, a very special commendation to Oscar who made us feel at home. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

"Great location"
Its in the heart of Madrid, but we stayed in a room that was an oven. It was December, 30s outside, and even with windows opened the heat was unbelievable. The elevator is very small and we had to use the scalators a few times. The steps are covered wit red, dirty, carpets. The rooms are decent size and the rest of the public areas are ok. I will recommend it just for where its located.

"Dont get room with no outside windows!"
The deluxe (with no windows) they gave us first night was the tiniest room I have stayed in in my life. After asking a bunch of nights they gave me another deluxe room which was very nice. Experiences like that make me question ordering rooms without getting a guarantee of exact room from hotel. Other then hotel was as awesome as it looks.

"Nice hotel with character"
Nice place to stay, good beds, comfortable room, all was good. A few flaws, no coffee maker or tea in the room, not even drinking water, strange for such a nice hotel. Mini bar is well stocked but small portions. The rooms are small compared to US standards but for Europe they are good. Breakfast is not complimentary, it is added to room cost but this might be a plus if you don't like breakfast. I would stay here again.

"Great boutique hotel in the middle of it all"
Perfect location, beautifully appointed rooms which are small by American standards but that's part of the experience. I was concerned about being on such a busy street but, once we closed the windows, the room was totally quiet.
