The staff is very cordial and always smile. Despite the construction work on the street, the hotel maintains it's category, cleanliness and excellent service.

We liked the location of the hotel and the overall condition inside. However, there was a lot of construction outside the property for street renovations at the moment, which wasn’t anything the hotel could do anything about. The other was how the bathroom was designed, something they could control. The door is partially see-through, at the knee down and head up. And has a sliding door. It doesn’t lend much privacy for 3 people even if they know each other well.

Location is too-notch and the service was perfect. Allowed us to leave our bags both on check-in and check-out. Biggest gripe was the on-going construction down the hall. We also requested a queen and got two double beds pushed together. Recommend the place, especially for the distance to all the top spots in the city! Just hope that the construction is all done.

It is a nice hotel when the renovation is done. Restaurant is not good, not that many selections of food and the lobby is too small, so we cannot sit down at the lobby and relax.

I loved this hotel. Very modern and cute. However it was never mentioned to us that there was some construction going on right in front of the hotel. It was not ideal but still we were able to move around easily. You can’t beat this location, just steps of Puerta del Sol, La Gran Via and Plaza Mayor.

Awful restaurant manager insisted on seating me in the lounge despite my request to sit in the dining room. He said it was all reserved but there were many empty tables and I watched him seating people I saw discussing whether to eat there or not. There were 3 tables of women eating alone in the lounge. I think he did not think we brought the right look to the place. Hotel guests should not be treated as second rate.

Great location

Its in the heart of Madrid, but we stayed in a room that was an oven. It was December, 30s outside, and even with windows opened the heat was unbelievable. The elevator is very small and we had to use the scalators a few times. The steps are covered wit red, dirty, carpets. The rooms are decent size and the rest of the public areas are ok. I will recommend it just for where its located.
