The room is very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty, the beds are small and hard, and the TV resembles a computer monitor. One of the library tables on the wall fell down without being touched. The hotel promised a shuttle to the airport, but in reality, there are not enough seats for all the guests. We had a flight at 1 PM, but they only had a shuttle available at 7 AM. I really don't know how Expedia sold me a hotel like that

I’ll star with the good first:breakfast buffet was definitely good-It was clean, good variety of options, and the service was friendly. The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially being so close to the airport with a shuttle service available. The AC worked well, and the hot water was consistent. Now for the bad: the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The area around the hotel is definitely not ideal. It’s known for being unsafe with occupied abandoned buildings known as “Okupas”, people wandering around. We were advised by our taxi driver to stay indoors, which we did for the most part. Inside the hotel, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. The walls were scuffed and, in some places, very dirty. The bed was extremely hard, so uncomfortable that I didn’t get a good night's sleep. The shower-head was broken, and water splashed all over the bathroom floor, making it a mess to clean up. Customer service was a major letdown. We were forced into a shuttle at 7:30am because it was the only slot available when we arrived. The shuttle needs to be pre-coordinated, and we weren’t informed about that ahead of time. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service; having to leave almost five hours before our flight (which was at 12:40pm) and 25 minutes to eat. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

Just fridge and hot water maker but it’s good though when you arrive late at night the phone on the airport list doesn’t work and even if you call for shuttle service they wouldn’t care. You book because of shuttle service but to wait for 30 to 1.5hr is not good. We have to take uber

Room was dated and poorly decorated. Sink in the bathroom wasn't sealed in place so leaked and tap was too close to sink so it was hard to get your hands under the tap. Food in restaurant was an ok buffet but generally the food was almost cold.

This "hotel" feels like it was once a dorm ... the furniture was scuffed, the pool was empty and not functioning, the check in line was over 45 minutes long. Best part of the stay was the vending machine that had chocolate filled Biscoff cookies. Absolutely NOTHING within walking distance, was hoping to hop on the metro or a bus into center city Madrid - and I would not have felt safe trying to walk around the surrounding area. It is what it is ... a cheap airport hotel. If all you need is somewhere to rest your head ... it'll suit that need - but that's it.
