Shower door and shower nozzle are both broken. Should have larger/better bath towels for guests. Bedding for the main bed and pull out couch does not appear to have been washed for some time, the duvet covers looked stained.

The check-in process was a breeze, they even let me check in early. There are some nice restaurants in the area and a neat Bodega across the street. Property was well located for me at the midpoint of the two areas where I spent most of my time. It was perfect for me because I wasn’t going to be there much other than to sleep. If you have the same intention this place is okay…this is the only thing that keeps me from rating the space lower. The downside of this space is no table (working) to eat off of if needed (there were no bars to hold the leafs up); less than a full complement of utensils, dish towels, et al, the shower door was broken; the mechanism that holds the shower head was brokenIn fairness to the owner/manager, I did not communicate this to them yet so they haven’t had a chance to respond. However, none of this should be a surprise.

appartement simple mais correcte pour passer quelques jours à Mardrid. pas loin d'une station de metro. L'appartement est assez mal isolé donc on entend pas mal les voisins. De plus, dommage qu'il ne soit pas bien entretenu car cette appartement pourrait être tres accueillant. Plusieurs équipement sont cassés ou vieillissant (par exemple la porte de douche est cassé, le lit grince et le matelas est en cuvette)
