En el Rooftops del hotel acosan todo el tiempo a los huespedes se supone que si llevas varios diaz en el hotel y te as identificado no tendrian todos los diaz preguntarte que si estas hospedado , tambien te hacen sentir mal porque no puedes disfrutar de unos tragos cada ves que pides un trago o cualquier pedido te obligan a pagar cada trago es decir si te tomas 10 cervezas te ibligan a pagar 10 veces una por una alegando que entran personas de la calle y se van sin pagar que esas son las reglas del hotel di un rrecorrido por el area con una creveza para mirar y disfrutar de la vista y un trabajador llamado juan carlos se dirigio a mi con tremendo mal caracter y prepotencia acosandome y obligandome a sentarme que tenia que tomarme esa cerveza sentado le dige que era huesped y me dijo que esa eran las reglas de la casa con tremenda prepotencia y mal caracter otros trabajadores me digeron que era porque entravan personas de la calle y se ivan sin pagar y que tengo que ver yo que soy huesped por 11 diaz conque la gente de la calle se. valla sin pagar ,de los guardiaz de seguridad y porteros no tengo quejas son muy amables gracias

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness and courtesy truly made a difference in my experience. The room size was excellent — very spacious, comfortable, and well-organized, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a great variety of options, all fresh and well-presented, catering to different tastes and preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Muy bonito lo único que las habitaciones no tiene. Rooms were great and up to date, location was also perfect! Breakfast was good but I wouldn’t pay $30 euro per person for it. Only downsides were that parking was expensive (32 euro) and the garage didn’t work so we were stuck inside for 10 + minutes and never got some sort of refund. In addition, I think there was some sewage leak and it had a strange smell on our second day.
