Amazing location and beautiful hotel

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Walking distance to all major tourist sites and lots of shopping and restaurants on Gran Via close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Having a room with your own terrace and a jacuzzi was the perfect ending to our trip. Amazing experience. If you are on the fence about whether to get one of the jacuzzi rooms -- book and don't look back! The rest of the hotel was very comfortable and classy, everyone was friendly and super helpful, and the location was perfect for walking or public transit whichever you prefer. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

I was in and out multiple times during my 3 night stay, not one person greeted me or spoke with me. Upon checkin, I was asked for my card, billed and give a key, no direction, no explanation of services. The room was small but that’s okay, it was clean and had a nice bed, the view however was walls and machinery as I was placed in an odd corner area. There is repair going on so there was banging at all hours. My room was on a hall with only one other room and I shared a wall with the elevator so it was loud even during night time hours. The only person that acknowledged my presence was the lovely housekeeper that spoke with me and greeted me each day. There are many choices of hotels in this area and I will be staying elsewhere going forward. This hotel was a recommendation and I am sad it did live up to the reviews.

The hotel is ok. The room was nice but poorly designed. A lot of unused space and a small and inconvenient bathroom. The room service did not work and they did not bother to resolve it. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor so we had to walk a floor with luggage to go up and down our room on the 7th floor. Overall not worth what we paid.

For the price I was expecting a little more. The rooms are very hot and you can control the AC, so if you’re going on summer just have that in mind. The WiFi is very slow you can’t navigate with it. The breakfast buffet is very expensive 22 euros per person, for that price 2 people can eat anywhere else. The location is very good, just keep in mind there’s a bunch of homeless near the property.

The location was great and staff was very helpful with any issues. The breakfast was great and a perfect start to fuel long days of exploring the city. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool since we knew the weather would be hot. Unfortunately the pool was very cold and that made the whole experience less ideal than it could have been (seems like putting up solar panels to heat the pool or use any other variety of non-fossil fueled pool heating would be optimal for this case).
