The rooms are minimalistic but very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is very good and the staff of the hotel are very friendly. The air condition dont reach a good temperature and the room was a little bit warm. But in general, it is a good hotel, very clean, well located. I recommended 100%

Great location

Beautiful hotel building on the Gran Via, so expect lits of activity and street noise.i travel with a sound machine, which helped with the noise. I think our room was a standard room, so clean snd spacious with wood laminate flooring. It's and older hotel so you have a chain operated elevator and bathroom is dated but very clean. I asked for a view and quieter room, so away from elevator and with a stunning view of the Telephone Building across from hotel.

Great location if you don’t mind being in a busy area! Right in the heart of Gran via. We enjoyed our stay and loved being in the middle of this busy street. Hotel is close to a lot of other attractions & metro station is right outside hotel- which made it easier to get around!

Interior design of room is very sleek and well thought, except the sink inside bathroom mirror leads to a watery mess. Floor covering in bed area needs to be changed, it’s not clean and no maid could keeep it clean with so many ‘nooks and crannies’ in it.

Very conveniently located and excellent/friendly staff (front desk and restaurant)! The lobby is lovely and the room had amazing views of the main street with very little noise. Breakfast was delicious as well, with endless options of cheeses, fruit, meats, and baked items - definitely worth adding to the booking! It would be 5 stars but the room had no amenities besides 2 towels and 1 water bottle (nothing additional that you might expect such as a shower cap, iron/steamer, mini fridge, notepad/pen, or instructions to the call front desk).
